| Pecks Road Barn: Photograph by JL Gardner. This beautiful old barn can be found right in the middle of Pittsfield, MA, right along Pecks Road across from Onota Lake. I came across it in the Autumn 0f 2005 after having passed this spot hundreds of times throughout my life and said: 'what the heck, how'd I ever miss this?!?' With it's classic weathered timbers and old stone foundation, it may date back to the mid-nineteenth century. It's a precious relic worthy of upkeep, admiration and my camera lense!" |
