"This is one of those fortunate occasions when I was very timely coming along this road with my camera in hand and the foliage in peak color, the sky without a cloud, the water as calm as can be, and the sun, perfectly shining through. In the right place at the right time, I guess! Going back to this place now, it's amazing to see how much the vegetation has filled this pond in, so much so, that there is hardly any open water any more! The natural aging of a body of water of this sort I suppose." |
