Welcome to www.ArtisansoftheBerkshires.com, the on-line gallery dedicated to showcasing and selling artistic work inspired and created in the beautiful Berkshire Hills of Western Massachusetts!

While many new features on our site are still in development, the lion's share of improvements that began in January of 2009, are now complete. For starters, we've added a calendar feature that allows site visitors to see where Artisans of the Berkshires' artists are exhibiting. Next, we've added a new page that provides in-depth information about art shows, sales and exhibits throughout the northeast (which is still under development) for all artist and artisans to use as a reference device. We've also created a direct e-mail option, added new artists and artwork as well as features to improve visibility of the work we offer for sale. Finally, we've added a shopping cart option for some items that allows for on-line shopping and purchasing by site visitors around the world!
